What Is the Navigator Program?
The Development Navigator Program is a strategic EDC initiative designed to enhance communication and coordination between developers and the City of Celina.
The Navigator serves as:
A liaison between developers and City departments

An ambassador for Celina’s partnership-driven approach
The program complements Planning, Engineering, Fire, and Public Works by supporting communication and helping projects move efficiently through established processes.
