At Celina Parks & Recreation, we believe life’s better when we’re connected through sports, nature, arts, or just spending a sunny afternoon with friends and family. Our goal is simple: provide top-quality facilities, unforgettable events, and opportunities to stay active both physically and mentally. Old Celina Park
Old Celina Park is the "Jewel" of the Parks & Rec Department and hosts several of our annual events. The park consists of:
Two 12 & under Baseball Fields
One 13 & up Baseball Field
One Softball Field
Large Multipurpose Fields with Soccer Goals & Backstops
Large Pavilion
Playground
Picnic Tables & Charcoal Grills
Fishing Pond
Walking Trails
Founders Station Park
Founders Station Park is conveniently located just a block away from the Square in Downtown Celina. This park is heavily shaded by trees and consists of:

Celina Youth & Adult Sports
Our supportive community and hardworking culture are perfect for athletic competition. The City of Celina Parks and Recreation Department offers a variety of sports programming for children and adults, including flag football, baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, kickball, and pickleball. These programs encourage healthy activity, friendly competition, and community connection.
Private Fitness Studios
Celina also supports a variety of fitness and wellness centers. These private studios offer diverse programs that promote physical activity, mental well-being, and social interaction, creating meaningful connections for participants and a shared commitment to holistic health. Ralph O’Dell Senior Center
Life’s a little sweeter with friends by your side. The nearly 5,000-square-foot Ralph O’Dell Senior Center gives Celina’s seniors a welcoming space to stay active, social, and engaged. From classes and games to events and gatherings, it’s a place where friendships flourish and the spirit of community shines. The Center is open Monday-Fridays.
