Methodist Celina Medical Center is open and caring for patients as Celina’s first full-service hospital, bringing high-quality, close-to-home care to one of the fastest-growing cities in the country. The hospital opened its doors at 7:00 a.m. on March 17, 2025, marking a major milestone for local access to emergency and specialty services.
Located at 1500 S. Dallas Parkway near the Dallas North Tollway and FM 428, Methodist Celina anchors a multi-acre health campus strategically positioned to serve Celina and surrounding communities. The project represents a $237 million investment in local healthcare infrastructure.
Inside the hospital, residents have access to a broad range of services—from emergency care, stroke care, cardiology, orthopedics, imaging, and robotic surgery to additional medical and surgical specialties—all backed by the Methodist Health System network.

Before Methodist Celina opened, many residents traveled to Denton, McKinney, or Frisco for hospital services.
