Dallas North Tollway

Celina is gearing up for future growth by aligning with the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) on crucial infrastructure development along the Dallas North Tollway corridor. The Celina City Council recently greenlit an agreement amendment that paves the way for City-requested infrastructure in connection with Phase 4A of the DNT construction, extending tollway main lanes from US 380 to FM 428.
